During my tenure at Kaabe Schools (Abaarso Network) as a Content Editor and Curriculum Developer since January 2025, I have collaborated with colleagues to refine educational materials, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences. I have also translated institutional policies for parents, enhancing communication between schools and communities. My earlier role as a Montessori Assistant Teacher at the same institution involved delivering 25 hours of weekly instruction, leading extracurricular activities, and dedicating additional time to lesson planning and community engagement. These experiences honed my ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and foster collaborative educational initiatives.
My commitment to academic integrity is demonstrated through my ongoing personal project as an Academic Integrity Coordinator, which began during my internship at Barwaaqo University in 2021. I have since facilitated workshops for approximately 70 students at Abaarso High School, empowering them to navigate ethical challenges in the digital age. This work, combined with my internship as an Organizations Representative, where I coordinated campus events and improved student engagement through innovative strategies, has equipped me with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
I am highly motivated to apply my expertise in curriculum editing, project coordination, and educational administration to a dynamic organization. My multilingual proficiency in English (B2, Duolingo Certified) and Somali, along with my adaptability and creativity, enables me to thrive in diverse settings, whether local or international.
